yea, but i just got my licence cause i wasn't able to take the Motorcycle safety course till just last week, and i didn't have tags on it either, I wanted to wait to get insurance so I could get the discount for taking the class...
been practiced on Bryce's bike before that though... didn't want to drop mine, lol. Just got out on it this week though, and it's SWEET!:pimp:
