Just streetfightered my F4i last night. Got everything hooked up and my lights dont work. I kept the stock hi/low beam switch and just hooked the acerbis lights into one of the stock headlight connectors. Could this have something to do with the fact that i jumped the tip over sensor before the main wiring harness connector and no longer have the tip over sensor on the bike...i think i remember reading something about that...
any help is appreciated...thanks

did you hook it to high or low beam? if you hooked it to high beam only i think the circuit is still open so you need to put it on the low beam bulb connecter.

does anyone know what the two relays on the backside of the headlight are for? because i dont have those hooked up right now, maybe that could be it?

i have my headlights hooked up to the low beam so when i put the stock switch to high beam it shuts the lights completely off. and i also have my tip sensor bypassed.. so you may have other problems if they still dont work..

ok, well i may have them hooked up to the high beams, im not sure. Do you have everything else unplugged? I'm not really sure why i didnt keep those relays hooked up...long night i guess.

well what headlight you running? i have the cyclops headlight.. and you have to slice the wires into each other to run all the lights at the same time with just the low beam hooked in.. but if you have the diamond headlight you just need to hook the two wires into the low beam and you should be all set.. i had the same problem when hooking mine up.. wouldnt work with the high beam

i have the DHH. Two bulbs with two wires from each of them...i have each top wire spliced together and run into one of the stock headlight wires from one connector. then the same thing with the bottom wire from each bulb.
