Idle adjuster for 929rr

Ok, I need to know what cable people are using for idle adjusters on thier 929s and 954s. Im not talking bout the able by the stator cover cause you can only raise your idle to about 2200. Anything more makes the idle stick at like 3000+

96-99 900RR and all F2 and F3 cables shall be fine, but I found out that R6 cables are freaking long and someone in another thread said that it will fit the Hondas also, I´m def gonna try the R6 cable
