what works for you? i can only do them slow and wide. i dont dip the bike very much. i cant figure out how. i maintain 90% weight on my left foot keep it nice and steady and try to dip the bike but it just dont work. i've tried varying tire pressure, pushing on the bars, using my hip, :homer

keep all your weight on your left foot
its easier to get it to dip if you're behind bp slowing down a little, but that will only help for the first half of a circle

I practiced O's for months and never even got a 1/4 turn(never wrecked), my buddies keep saying do this or do that and nothing worked. then one day I went out by myself said fuck it Im going to wreck today. I pobably wrecked 10 times, but by the end of the day I was hittin 2 cosistantly. So my best tip would be to just commit, dont worry about turning the bars or weighting your left leg or whatever advise people gave you

all good advise especially the part about commiting...
and twenty pounds should keep the rim from cutting in to the side of your tire

yes, you have to have idle on lock or you'll be stalling way to much
