put a new one on and cant get the switch to line up..the bottom half of the "on off switch" has a metal dowel that goes into the clip-on but the top wont line up..it has a huge gap...I've tried messing with the throttle cable adjuster and still no luck????????????????

if you take both parts off the clipon do they line up ok? was the hole pre drilled or did you drill one? just thinking maybe the hole is too small not allowing the bottom half to sit flush.:twocents:

Nah the metal dowel bent 2 shit when I dropped it o well its got a gap but it seems to work....
