looks good. i bet that felt real nice all across your ribs!lol. my wrist are the only place my tattoos hit straight bone and that was some good pain. the pain is half the fun though right? you will figure that out as you get more and trust me you will get more, they are addictive like crack.LOL

the second part of the tattoo is always the worst. most of the time we do my outlines and then we go smoke, when we come back in for the shading you can deffinately feel it more. i think it is b/c your body used all of its endorrphins (SP) during the first part so you can feel the second part more. shading is not so bad though, i like it more than the outline. it is a relaxing pain. LOL. my last ones on my arms we did all of the outline and shading for one then took a break. when we came back in to do the outline and shading for the second one it was rough! outlining sucks!!!. Good call on the tipping. i dont think most people know it is customary to tip your artist. treat your artist right and he will treat you right. it is good to form a relationship with your artist and give them some creative leeway. make sure you get what you want but if you let the artist do some of the things he wants to do as well you will get much better work. IMO

Nice spot, I'll be honest I don't like the font or how it was spaced but..... I think it would look sweet with some whirl winds and smoke as the background , toss in some lighting and skulls shit would be pimp

Nice ink, but a tattoo is like a lays chip with there old slogan "you can't eat just one" well I think it was lays :shrugg and in this case you can't stop at just one. I have two so far planning on getting another just don't know when.

i usually throw some sort of shading around writing just cause it looks so plain (like someone took a marker and wrote on you) becides it makes my work look better, and i already have the ink/supplies out
