found out its in candem...but it says i gotta pay to get the address and name of who the number is registered to ....guessing the fool still hasnt refunded ur money?

i just talked to his roomate at that number so i know for a fact thats where he lives but i just have the number no address its 14 dollars to get the address but it is 100% in pitman nj camden is the provider of his service

Call and pretend to be Fedex or something, say you have a package with this number but the address is cut in half or something and u need to verify

hey i sell stuff all the time and people use paypal and thiers a way you can get your money back from paypal by simply disputing the problem and unless he shows proof of delivery of such item then you get your money back!!but you must hurry cause i think you only have a month.

nope they will hold his money right away and if he doesn't have money in his paypal account he simply gets a negative -$100 and owes them (paypal) and you get your money back after a month of desputing.thats why they charge seller.they got insurance
