NY salvage rebuilt title question

i have a chance to pick up a bike with a NY salvage rebuilt title. what do i need to do to make it ridable in new jersey? the kid already went thru the inspection in NY so i am guessing thats why it says rebuilt on the title. do i have to go through the same b.s in new jersey or can i just transfer the title over and be good to go. any help would be appriciated

nj will take a ny rebuilt and vise versa.....nj is the only state that ny will honor a rebulit salvage title.
