Any and everybody who knows anything about 03' Kawasaki running hot please help me. So far all I've done is change the fuses for the radiator (it was blown too), but that did not help. I also changes the coolant and put fresh coolant in (that didn't help any). What else can I do, or what could it be? Any input will be helpful. Thanks everyone. Oh yea, my fan is not working either. I know that probably has something to do with it, but when I say it runs hot, it runs hot. If I ride it for like literally one minute or less it will be running hot. The the gauge cluster will say Hi (forget number it say hi for temperature). So what else can I do?

you sound like you know absolutely nothing about bikes so I am gonna try to help you.
first of all radiators don't have fuses.
your radiator has a cooling fan that must be working or your bike will over heat unless your going fast all the time and cool air is rushing into the radiator. If your riding it in a parking lot It must be working.
The most comming problem with 03-04 636's is the two upper radiator tabs break and then the lower alluminum bracket breaks also. This causes the fan blades to sometimes touch the exhaust headers. When the fan thermal switch(which is located in the lower left hand corner of radiator) senses the coolant reaches like 224 degrees it connects the two wires that plug into it together causing the fan to turn on. When the temp is reduced the switch disconnects the two wires and fan shuts off.
Now if your fan blades are hitting your exhaust the fues will blow when the switch is tripped on.
you say you replaced your radiator fan? This must mean you opened the fuse box under the front seat and replaced the fuse for the fan. Its a red 10amp fuse.
If you did that and the fan still wont turn on The next thing to do is check
the fanswitch in the radiator.
simply unplug the connector to it and jump the two wires together with a jumper wire. If the fan comes on now chances are your fanswitch is faulty and you need a new one.
I will check back with ya to see what it is.

You say it becomes hot very fast, sounds to me like the "radiator valve" (dunno if it´s the right english name for it) doesn´t open and the coolant does only circulate in the engine but is not running through the radiator.
So I think the "radiator valve" is broken and you should replace it.

the bike is able to run at 225-235 dagreez. the radiator fan should kick on at 220 if not you might have to check the wireing it might be melted if the fuze was blown. if all is good there make shure the radiator is not crushed some how and is not flowing proprely.
