Hi.

My name is Raul and i´m from Brazil.

My doubt is:
Obviously you know the stunt where the rider gets "out" of the moving bike, stands beside it, and somehow there is sparks coming out of his boots. (i´ve never saw it in Brazil)

I wanna know where the sparks come from. Is it a plate of dont know what material that you fix under your boots or it is the boot itself that comes with a steel bottom?

Besides knowing what it is, i wanna know how do you call it so i can search for it in ebay and import it. I´ve tried some keywords but i couldnt find it.

Thanks! http://forum.motorcycle-usa.com/emoticons/smile.gif

(sorry by my poor english, it is my third language, not fluent how it should be)

There are no special boots for it you can buy, it´s always a homemade plate that people put under their shoes, often made out of thin steel and some straps.

here is what a friend of me made for his skitching action..

But the steel is a common steel?? I thought it was some special compound to make so many sparks.

Thanks!!!

(i will make one here then...)

if you want real good sparks than you should use a titanium plate but I guess this will be a little bit too expensive...lol
