Stop Smoking?

hi guys!
how can i stop smoking? i tried to quit many times now but somehow i start it again and again..
who knows some tricks? someone tried hypnosis or s.o. like that? i don't believe in a 'magic pill'
but there must be a way.

My friend actually did get the pills, its like 150 for a bottle or some shit, u take them and it makes ur body feel like u had a cig, than u slowly get off that, seams 2 be working, his mom did it already and she's quit... just quit cold turkey, eat allot, get fat, than workout.. Don't be weak.

Start dipping then quit that. It's easier to quit dip because the niccotene is released slower over a longer time and it is a gross habit and not as socially acceptable.

-1 I had a tougher time quitting dipping than smoking.......I used to dip at work all the time, you don't have to go outside you can do it right where you work.....I quit smoking cold turkey.......dipping was harder........but I'm a pussy and started smoking again about a month ago.......I'm gonna quit again next month on my birthday!!

fuck the pouches......you know you ended up with like 7 of them in your mouth and you still weren't happy.......but do not.....I repeat DO NOT attempt to cut the puches open.......it's not the same......it's like snuff......just makes a mess and you're still dissappointed....:offtopic:

Cold turkey worked this last time but I went through about 2 full bags of dum dum suckers left over from halloween.

fuck that......I had an official dip cup......one of the insulated coffee cups my company gave out at some point.......it worked great people would come over to talk, get grossed out and leave!!
