The dirty bass is more annoying than anything else. Other than that it is ok.

The link works again
The dirty bass is more annoying than anything else. Other than that it is ok.
I didn't notice how loud the extra baseline was until after i uploaded it to my site and listened to it .
I can't seperate that bass beat from the song because it is part of the acapella track . The lyrics are on top of the ice ice baby baseline in the acapella .
I tried to search the web for a clean(with no bass beat) version of ice ice baby acapella download , but i can't find it .
Also , when i made the lyrics fit into certain parts of the song , i stretched and cropped parts of the acapella . This is another reason why that baseline doesn't sync up with the Gimme More instrumental .
Another problem is that the volume of the two tracks are different . I had to turn the volume down on the instrumental so you could hear the lyrics clear enough . This made you hear the ice ice baby beat more . I could try to turn the volume down on the acapella , but then lyrics are not as loud as they should be , later on during the song .
Because the Gimme more track is actually quite "bassy" itself , if you listen to it on good quality stereo , the baseline of the instrumental kind of drowns out the bass coming from the acapella track . But you can still here it a little .
Sound quality is hard for me because i'm mixing on a laptop and my speakers suck . If i want to test a song i make , i have to burn it to a cd , and listen to it in my truck . lol
The solution would to be to find a better , (clean)acapella of Vanilla ice , i just can't find it :banghead:
Thanks for listening guys :thumbsup:yes:
