OK, as we know California is more advanced than many other states obviously.

Well, here in California stop lights have cameras and if you run a light, it takes your picture of your face, car, license plates, etc and they mail you a ticket in a few weeks.

But I have a question.

Did I get NABBED?

The light was green turned yellow but bonehead in from of me decides they don't like the lane they were in and wants to switch leaving me braking so they can go into the lane with excessive length of traffic. so my ass end was hanging partly in the intersection as I tried to get around this stupid ass. Man I really don't want a red light moving violation when I didn't run the light and was that idiots fault for not knowing where the hell they were going.....

Do you think I'll get this ticket and who reviews these to decide if you get it or not; or are they automatically generated by computer?

Does it only take the pics for tickets if your in the MIDDLE of the intersection?

Do out of state plates make a difference?

considering only your ass end was takenin the pic, they will assume you were thru when light was yellow. but guess youll have to wait to see if you get a ticket.

isnt illegal to change lanes in an intersection?

those cameras are bullshit. here in iowa when they tape u running shit it doesnt count as a moving violation, but the ticket is about thirty bucks more than if a cop pulls u over... so people started fighting it and it turns out there is something unconstitutional about it so our cameras are just for looks now. so if thats what their doin out there maybe u can fight it.:twocents:
