Ok, this is more of a different form of a question. I was driving and this popped into my head and didnt have a definitive answer in terms of true legality.
You always see this "do not try this at home" phrase when you are about to see some death defying stunt or whatever it may be.
But are they still technically liable if the person decides to "try the act" outside of their home and in the streets of the public or anywhere away from their home?
Obviously, they mean don't try it at any time but people are sue happy and this is a technical glitch in its wording....
Anybody know the law and a lawyers perspective on it?
