There Has Been A Cbo Spotting... I Repeat. There Has Been A Cbo Spotting. He Was Reported To Be At The Spot And Then He Ate Dinner .. Without Help From His Walker Or Wheelchair. THIS CBO LOOK A LIKE HAD A FRESHLY SHAVED HEAD AND KIND OF WALKED WITH A LIMP...IF YOU SEE THE SUSPECT CLEAR ALL HANDICAP PARKING AND BE PREPARED TO WALK SLOW IF YOU ARE BEHIND HIM
