I have no idea what is going on. I went to the Starboyz forum to see if I could find some answers, but all I found was more questions...
In the Merch forum there is a slew of threads of people saying "Hey I ordered my copy it hasn't arrived yet what's the deal" and there is ZERO response from the Starboyz or anyone from their crew. There was no thread in the movies forum or general discussion forum about the video or if it's available or what the hell is going on.
I don't think it's that one of them didn't lke it, because there were a few discussions about the video itself, where several people say they really liked it with responses from Kevin, and Scott thanking them for the kind words.

They are not making it anymore. The production company has fucked them over. I ordered the vid two months ago when it first came out and got my copy. I talked to Kevin at the IMS show and he said that the production company left out a bunch of good footage like running from the cops, fist fights, and other shit. Also, the production company hasn't given them any of the money from video sales yet. So, the starboyz are not fucking anyone over.

You SHOULD get your money back. Even if it costs them money. Fuck it. We've all seen the articles about how they're rolling in dough. Huge parties, choppers, motorhomes, etc. Now they've got possibly thousands of fans, screwed out of $30??? That's just weak on their part. They should AT LEAST have something up on their site, explaining that there are production problems and that they are trying to sort it out. Just asking for people's patience, etc would go a long way. To ignore emails, posts, threads, phone calls, and other attempts is just bad business.

Yep I agree. Just posting a little something on their website would buy them quite a bit of time. It's not that hard, and it would make people rest easy for a little while. Stupid not to throw a lil something up there saying "hey we haven't forgotten about you"

If you paid with it with pay pal and it is after 45 days you are fucked there is nothing you can do!!!! Sorry Brother!!!!

First, if you have ever looked at their schedule on their website you will see that they are very busy. So, they do not have the time to deal with everything all at once. They have lost money on FTP 4 just like all you guys. There is no way that they are ignoring their fans because thats how they make their living and thats what got them started in the first place. And when you are traveling around all the time all year long, you cant sit down and answer everyones email. Im sure thousands of fans have emailed them about the dvds. I talked to Kevin, in person last on sunday at a show, and asked him about it. He said that the production company has not given them ANY OF THE PROFITS from FTP 4 nor did the production company make the video exactly how they wanted it. So, be patient and Im sure that everything will get sorted out.

yeah i have the reciept they sent me via email and my paypal shows i made a payment to them also. i guess if i dont hear anything soon i will have to file a claim and try to get my money back. it hasnt been 45 days yet

I 2nd this. There is no reason for them not to make one blanket statement about the issue. They do have employee's working for them. It is not only the kev and scott show.....There are many others in there crew that work with them and handle there business.
Now if there is a contract preventing them from saying anything bad about the production company than thats another story. But, if I was them I would burn them post so much shit about that production company that no one would ever trust to use them.
I just ordered it a couple days ago from uponone.com.....Now my concern will the idependent sellers of the videos will be able to get copy's to their customers.

they are apparently involved in a lawsuit - they won't dick anyone over, just be patient, if they could say much more they would've - and when they can I'm sure they will. I would be pissed if I was out $ too but cut 'em some slack, they are getting dicked themselves, and things will work out....And btw if you are trying to contact someone Gumby is the best one to talk to.

If you paid with a credit card you can call your company and file a dispute. They wait so long and if the starboys dont reply you get your money back. Ive done it before with the starboys they dont ship anything mine was T shirts. I also ordered FTP 3 last year and it to 3 months to get.

The video was pretty cool I thought. I think the camera quality is really what makes it good. The riding is okay. I mean it's Starboyz very old school, nothing really cutting edge you know?

Yeah, the quality and effects really stepped it up. Nothing new really though.
Their more about the lifestyle then the stunts I think. They are capable of doing do much more but I think they just didn't care for this video.

as far as i know the dvds are not geting pulled yet. the starboys have to go to court sometime soon. i guess theres a big issue with the people that did the dvd for them. something about the star boys signing a contract that basicly gave the company rights to merchandise and sell anything that the starboys produce. basicly there got fuck over by the company and have no control over anything right now. i could be wrong so dont be mad at me if i am. im just passing along imfo that i found out. so dont be to harsh on the godfathers of the sport.
