Hey guys....2001 929. 6300 miles. Vermont Salvage-Rebuilt title. Lots of stunter extras....I'm sure I'll forget to list some, but maybe you'll see 'em in the pics.

12-bar
crash cage
damper
-2 +10 gearing
yoshi
gixxer front rotor on back with proportioning valve
custome clip-on setup

etc...etc....

The bike is re-enforced in a lot of spots for better crash resistance and crap. You can see one of the spots underneath the upper fairing where there is a "roll cage" built.

Bike runs great....needs nothing. Not sure if the headlights work.

I also have a bunch of spare parts that come with it.....extra rim with the big rotor on it...stock tail with seat (crunchy), stock triple tree, stock pipe, and a bunch of misc. stuff.

I am asking $3100 for it, or trade+cash towards another bike (750+) that is not setup for stunting. I don't need anything minty, just something inspectable or near inspectable as is. I was going to put the needed parts on this one, and change the sprockets & etc.. because my buddies bought roadbikes, but I figure I might as well just sell it or trade it for someone who plans on stunting their bike anyway. I just didn't really see the point in taking the stunt parts off of this since there was a lot of time and effort put into them.

Let me know what yer thinkin.

Thanks.

Guys it's a stuntbike......

I didn't do either myself....the previous owner did.

Anyway, he said that he hates the stock rear Honda rotor. In his opinion they have always sucked. He said it worked okay for a while, but once it gets hot it works like sh!t. He said with the rotor he has on there, you can practice and mash the brake forever with no fade. He also has the proportioning valve hooked up so you can set how sensitive you want the brake to be. You can have it so your foot barely touches the brake and the front end drops....or you can put it so that you need to press a little more firm on it to work.....depending on how you like it.

As for the clipons/triple tree. I guess the purpose of that was to raise the bars up (like mx bars), and also he said with that setup if you happen to dump it and have a crash where it would normally break the clip ons, it won't....

The stock triple tree is included w/the bike.

Thanks man....I was looking for a 750+ cc bike, but just out of curiousity how much extra $$$ we talking. Unfortunately I can't take $2500 for the bike at this time....

is the frame and sub frame all straight?

Yes....as far as I can see. The subframe has additional supports on it to hold up to scraping and/or crashing also....it's a VERY solid bike. He added extra weld over the trouble spots too just to be safe.

I technically still have it....but it is heading out to my buddy who bought it at the end of the month. I will post back if the deal falls through for some reason though....but things are good so far.

Thanks.
