Anyone ever go from an R6 to a 900rr?(yeah right ) I've been riding the R6 for a while now doing the basic slow shi7 and I'm pretty used to it and picked up a 900rr and want to start rockin that. the R6 is twitchie as hell and was wondering how the 900 would do with slow wheelies compared to the R6. are they smoother and how are they with circles, etc? what gearing would you go with. Just gonna be strickly a lot bike.
thanks

I went from my 6R to a 900RR. You'll be psyched with the transition. I still rock both, but I've definately learned a lot more getting used to my 9. I am
-1 +6 on my ZX and -1 +10 on my rr. i heard they aren't that great for scrape tricks because they are carberated. thats the prob. I had with the zx... i'm lookin for a fuel injected for the next bike...
You can definately lock some shit down with the 9. did you already gear yours? I'm also thinking about getting a powers cage for mine. I have a 905 for the zx i love..
post up some pics.

im 7 up on my 98 900 and i love it this is my first "stunt" bike and ive learned slow shit on it and just now gettin some idle up shit like fairing grabs, it does seem to die quick on the bar though, my buddy has an r6 and i rode it and his bike is geared more then my 900 but the power differnece is huge on his bike compared to mine(mine coming up easier from a dead stop), it also seems my bike will catch idle quicker, 300 cc's makes a big difference im sure youll like it

thanks for the info...what year was your friends R6? where you able to ride idle on it? what did you have the idle upto? the idle on my 02 R6 has a hard time catching  I've got the idle upto 3500...anyway, can't wait to stunt the double R's
