XdingmanX.... A Cement Mixer is two separate shots...one of Baileys Irish Cream and one of lime juice. You put the shot of Irish Cream in your mouth (don't swallow) then you take the shot of lime juice and swish it around. It then turns into a cottage cheese texture....
