is a bitch! i mean its been 2 months since my ACL surgery i have just got back on the bike, and have all these stupid fears that i never had, how many of y'all had a traumatic wreck that you had to over come? i know i'll get over it cause i been in my fair share of traumatice bike wrecks since i was 12 and all ways come out better than i was! but summers coming up and im riding like a scared duck! i mean every tuesday knight about 100- 120 riders show up to a motorcycle shop in Renton WAshington to show off their bikes and only 5 guys stunt and only 2 of the 5 can do more than just wheelie and here i am on my fully decked out streetfighter stunt bike chilling on the side watching my 2 boys stunt, and people ask why i aint doing anything then they see my post surgery leg brace and are like...OH? i shouldn't even be riding for arleast 2 more months but i got that itch to get my skillz up to par!
how many of u guys were injured and got back on the bike earlier than u should have only to have to conquer your fears of a past wreck? its a bitch!

my buddy James almost lost his leg. went right through an exit sign on the interstate. Has a whole bunch of hardware in his leg, terminator style.
He's had 2 different surgery's since August, and he has ridden more than I have in that time. He's rockin to the fullest, and isn't scared of anything.
Just take your time, everything will come back and you'll start rockin again.
I remember when I looped I wouldn't wheelie for a while. Couple weeks down the road, I was full force again.

it happens, i crashed a highway wheelies years back after i got better i could not wheelie for like 6 months (mental block)
same thing happened with a stoppie i crashed not that i was banging out hundreds of feet but i was starting to do good and it shot me back to about 100ft.
it's just how it is.

i never feel that about myself, but about my bike i do.
when ever i have a big crash im always paranoid that something happend to my bike and it isnt riding or turning or something right.
