I hate to tell you but any artist that would tattoo someone under age isn't worth going to in the first place. It would be better to wait and get it done right the first time. Cover-ups can be expensive.

Definetly wait... I wanted to get tattoos when I was under. I waited and Im glad I did. My opinions and ideas changed alot and you will be greatful that u waited.

i got a lizard...i was into them at the time....on the side of my calf, cause the guy said that if i got it close to the bone (i wanted it on my ankle) it would hurt more....and it's probaly about an inch big
