Another Ghost Story

Background information:
In the early 1950s a young lady by the name of Doris moved to Norfolk, Nebraska. She was in her mid thirties, single, and a very nice and respectable woman. She took up giving piano lessons to children around the community, and loved sharing secrets with them. One day, a frightened little girl came home to her mom after piano lessons. She said that her teacher was a witch. The young girl's mom overlooked the incident, and business carried on as usual. But more and more children came home with rumors of witchcraft and black magic. Finally, there was a conference held in which the community decided what to do about this Doris. She sat in on the meeting. After authorities confronted her about leaving the community, she was outraged. She submitted an article in the Norfolk Daily News the day she dissapeared that read something along these lines.

You shall all be punished. Your tradgedy my gain, things you love the most will be mine.

A year went by... and the little girl who first reported the witchcraft went missing. Along with her, her favorite toy, a doll, was also gone.
Next went two little boys, brothers.
Then a whole family, including a boy, girl, and both parents. Here's some important detail for this family. Their swingset... the whole swingset.. was gone. The woman's antique mirror was smashed... and the man's bible... his BIBLE was gone of the shelf.

There was another boy who took piano lessons who, when he was younger, had suffered from mental problems. He grew up.. and got married. In 1973 he went missing, without warning. Weeks later, so did his 7 year old daughter.

This is just the beggining of the story.

My mom works for a company in norfolk, I will not say which, as I've already been in trouble once for spreading talk about the story and a location... anyways this is how I found out about this story. See, here's the deal. There is miles and miles of swampy sandhill land south of norfolk... a lot of it is un-travelable. So nobody ever goes out there, after all, this company owns a shit ton if this land.
So this guy from the company says that they bought the land after strange happenings and findings were found there by state patrol. Apperantly, in the 89 there was an abandoned farm/ranch thing out there in the middle of nowhere. What happened? Well, speculation was that this place had been abandon for more than twenty years. There was a house, two sheds, and a barn thing... i forget what its called. Surrounded completely by swamp.
well, a 'hobo'... some drug addict from norfolk ended up all the way fuckin out there in 89. He was alone. He went into one of the sheds for the night. I guess it was really late... like 2 in the morning or something... the whole fuckin shed went up in flames. and there was nobody for miles. This dude walked for hours until he got to highway 81, got help, and was taken to the hospital. Thats when state patrol went out there to check the place out. They found lots of fucked up shit out there...
then the company bought the land.

When they interviewed the man who had been severely burned... they didn't believe anything he was saying.
They asked him why he went in the shed
"She was in the house"
Who?
"I dont know. She's dead."
There's nobody out there.. who is dead?
... then the guy screams ...
"There's somthing out there! I walked in the house and music started playing! Then I saw the piano there, a woman was playin it!"
... he then went into detail... he had a gun with him, and unloaded the entire thing into this 'being' playin the piano. After the bullets were gone, the piano stopped playing, and the woman turned around and looked at him.
He ran... but he was drugged up, remember? He made it to the shed and passed out.

Then he died.

The owner of this company was makin routine checks with my mom one day, so she saw the farm. She told me about it, and said our dog would have a hay day runnin around out there... lots of open area and the swamp pond.
so she took me out there... i noted specific directions... and remembered how to get there.
so I went back. I walked into the square pad where the ashes of a burned shed lay. I walked to the door of the house.. and peeked in. Then I took off running.
I saw something....
any guesses?

it was a fuckin piano.

I came back the next day, with one of my buddies. I wasn't goin in there alone. Im not CRAZY.

We found the swingset. We saw a chandelier that had been ripped out of a cieling somewhere... we saw blood on a wall. I even picked up 45 mm bullet caps off the floor. But i didn't touch the fucking piano.

This, of course, was all done during broad daylight.... but it was still so fucked up.
