OK heres the deal.

I bought a set of tapes which cost $65

- I sent email after email wondering why they NEVER arrived.
-They sent me an email back saying they sent it and to wait. I did and still nothing.
- I sent another, they replied they are researching it.
- They finally apologized and said they were sending another set.
- I waited and never receieved it STILL.
- I sent another email saying that I haven't gotten it and they should have all their shipping crew background checked as I suspect theivery and foul play.

In 2 days (which is today) I got an email saying that I am being charged with failure to pay, making fraudulant purchases and not obiding by contracts, etc.

I sent them the paypal statment showing I paid 30 after the auction ended.

So now, since she is being an ass I want to be one right back. Aside from negative feedback, what else can I do?

I try to send out a "deadbeat" seller thing with ebay but it refers you to paypal. So I filed a claim with paypal. She has 10days to repond to it.

So, what else can I do? I want to be an asshoel right back. She hasn't sent ANYTHING in over 1.5 months, besides bullshit ass emails....

Is there anyway to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau? I don't know a lot about that but if you can take it higher, I would.

yes, I did file a fraud claim with paypal and ebay. But I am greedy and want more for the useless hassle.

wow, your actually being helpful.

Maybe if you could ask intensely instead of cutting a tongue out I think that might go further.

well, I got an email today saying,

"I'm getting a tracking number for this from our warehouse in CA.
Thanks,
Dana"

what should I send back? An email telling her to forget it and she'll have to answer to the paypal fraud dept?

Or should I let her send them? But that's bullshit b/c I waited a MONTH to get my stuff AND she reported me to ebay for nonpayment. I deserve something free.

One guy gave a good idea. He said to give her email to advertisement companies. But what companies do this? Like where do you find them.
