yesterday was my buddy larry's 21st bday, giant all u can drink party at sevin. only problem was that he didnt show up. hes in jail till monday for gettin a wreckless and fleeing and eluding on his actyal bday. some birthday he had

I got cuffed, ticket and bike impounded two weeks ago. Shit is expensive.

he was in sterling heights, and from what he told me, he honestly wasnt runnin, just weavin in an out of lanes at high speed, the cop automatically thought he was runnin

yep what he said^^^^ i didnt even know he was behind me! then i saw a cop coming towards me and pull a u-turn so i pulled over and got surrounded by like 6-8 cop cars. and then they arrested me for wreckless and fleeing/eluding an officer. sat in there for 24 hrs and got out on $5000 bond

some damn BS. just talked to larry about his arrainment today. they told him hes facing 5 yrs... WTF is that all about. and the cops said he was doin 115mph on shoenner on a 600 w/ 15 up (whats the gearing ratios??) his bike might barely be able to do that pinned in 6th. and a cop said that larry tried to go head on at his cop car

actually he said they were doin 115 so they said we had to be doin at least 130, which we werent! ya they said it could be up to 5 years cause its a felony!

and yes i was introduced to that electronic fingerprint machine too and they made me take my earings out!
i picked up my bike from the impound today and look what they did to it! im missing a piece of my bike!

When I got nicked last month, the cop said the same thing. Thought I was running because it took him a while to catch me. But I was just goin' fast. Told him that I just didn't see him cause I didnt have mirrors (true). I pulled over as soon as I heard the sirens (also true). Of course, if I wasn't geared and almost out of gas, it might have been different...

Put a HUGE sprocket on your bike, like tomorrow. Get yesterdays paper and take a pic of the paper next to the sprocket. Get out on an airport and get video of the fact that the bike will only go 80mph tops. I doubt they have any radar on you. If they're charging you with a felony, they have tapes of what happened. Get a hold of those, ASAP.

And get a lawyer.

Oh, and do you have any recent pictures of the bike, before the damage?

Tell that to your lawyer. Get a friend to testify that the bike was not damaged. If they're going after you, go back at them. Sue them. They have no right to damage your property.

And if you have any video of yourself doing illegal stuff on your site, might wanna get that down for the time being...

ya right now my bike is geared -1 +14, im have no idea what my bike tops at out right now cause the speedo off now. any ideas? and ya i think i could find some recent pics of my bike showing it wasnt damaged before. ya i got a lawyer already. and thats a good idea ill have to take the pics and video off our site for now until this all gets taken care of.
