No. Most videos are over an hour now. I remember seeing the adventures of huckle buck when it first came out and maveling at it being over an hour. Now pretty much all videos are 60-90 min long.

yeah, thats what i said... 40-50 min video with half hour worth of extras... but im saying straight video and hour and 2 hours worth of extras.... so total video time would be over 3 hours....

NO, just because most of the videos get burnt out after the first half hour anyway by doin the same shit over and over agian, unless its has all kinds of diffferent stuff in it.... You will make most of ur money selling them for 20 bucks unless you are gettin ass raped by the distibutor....

yeah, thats what i had in mind... different stuff. i wanted to get away from doing trick after trick after trick like all videos are... thats gay and thats why people get bored... wanted to put funny stuff, party stuff, crashes, out takes... EVERYthing in the video... its funny because i edited a qwik song these past 2 days and it makes us look like we know our shit, but we fall every other try in reality...im just trying to make it look like "real life", not like everyone elses video.... thanks for the inputs... keep em coming please

i wouldnt go over $29.95 stunters are cheap cunts hahahaha
if its a good vid and people like it i dont think they mind spending the money but if its to much well they will spend some time ripping it.
the cheaper the better, im sure u will sell alot more if there cheaper, but if u are paying heaps for them to get made well i would find someone else..
good luck with it..

$20 is the limit of what I'd pay for a vid. After a half hour, it gets repetitive and boring.

I agree, I wouldnt pay more than $20 for a video that I couldnt watch for more than 30 minutes.

No way I wouldn't pay that much for a stunt vid. I get bent out of shape paying 25 bucks for one. If you want to sell a ton of DVDs you gotta sell em' cheap. No one reallly gives a fuck how long they are. I certainly don't give a shit about extras either. 90% of extras are only funny to the people who actually made the video. The rest of us either don't get it, or just don't give a fuck. Why would I pay 25+ dollars for your stunt vid when I can walk into wal-mart and buy some fucking blockbuster for 11.99? If there are six hott videos out, and 5 of them are 25 bucks, and one of the is under 20 dollars, which one would you buy? Consider that. Besides not hating but I doubt you and your friends are good enough to make me want to watch you for an hour and a half.
common now, a actual video costs to get made duplicated is only a couple bucks, doesnt matter how long it is, over twenty for a video is pushin real hard.
Nope. At $25 a piece I wont even buy current videos.

Not even true. There is so much time and money involved in the editing, time shooting, money and jailtime for breaking laws, cost of tapes, cameras, traveling, the cost of a truck and or trailer so you can travel, duplicating, website shit... The list goes on and on...
I'm making a dvd... My editing software alone is $2000. I spend hours getting seconds in the dvd to look right.
I say 24.95 Mark.

im not sayin theres not a lot involved over time, ive been around for awhile, helped with editing, watched as the dvd goes through processes, but its hard for the average joe to pay 20 bucks for a dvd. come on darius got his video in walmart and its sellin for 5 bucks. yeah not everyone is going to get there video in walmart, but with all the videos that are coming out as of late, half of them arent worth more then ten bucks. alot of the videos arent worth watchin. the market for videos is droppin alot, for example, distributors like impact have dropped orders from people they dealt with for years from 1-2000 videos down to 500 because of all the videos out now.

I hear ya... But I'm from a skateboarding background (since 86) and the industry has been saturated with vids forever. 10 years ago 14.95 was a good deal on a vid, and the vids were waaay less well produced compared to nowadays... Skate vids are 19.95 to 24.95 now...and the industry is SUPER saturated. And skateboarders (real ones...) Are WAY the hell poorer than us stunters. Most of us are poor...but we can still afford bikes? We need to support our fellow stunters.

Woo is OG!
I hear ya on spending tons of time just on seconds. I just finished making a flick (not motorcycle related) and it's 2:31 seconds long, and it took me just over 5 hours to edit.

ohh no doubt, it is definatly saturated, but i will still support fellow stunters, but i think an even 20 for a video is definately fair. editin is for sure a bitch, ive done a lilbit here and there and i may make a vid one day. but yeah, i think over 45 minutes of ridin can get boring in a video. even if you break it up with stuff, an hour is pushin the attention span for a vid, but i would say top price to even try and sell a vid is 25. to me thats pushin it, but do what ya gotta do.

hmmmmmmmmmm,
I just finished and have for sale my first production. Putting out a dvd is alot harder than most think, but for the reason that every other stunt video is priced at 24.95 plus shipping, I decided to make mine (theXperience: Mexico), and an even 19.95.
Hit it up..................
