The first time was sort of asked for. Yes. But when he told he to put her hands behind her back KNOWING that that electricity screws with the nerves and your muscles unvolumtarily, that second shot and by them asking over and over to put the hand behiond the back when she is by herself, has no wepaons, nothing at all, that's jacked up.
You have 3 men and 1 chick. Come on. He could have just pulled her out on his own without the tazer...

i work front desk at a hotel. I'm working the night shift tonight, 11 pm- 7am. Its really shitty, but th worker who was supposed to come in cancelled last minute, so my boss volunteered me. its not to bad

I only saw 2 men and maybe his finger slipped and hit the trigger, then his finger cramped up while on the trigger(the 2nd time). LOL
